How do I renew an expired subscription?

If you have an active subscription but your Label LIVE is still printing a watermark it could be because your license expired.

If you have an active subscription but your Label LIVE is still printing a watermark it could be because your license expired.

Subscription licenses are designed to automatically refresh at app launch and then periodically throughout the day (while the app is open). You must be connected to the Internet for the subscription to refresh properly.

An expired license looks like this:

There are a few reasons why a subscription might expire:

  • Expired credit card

  • No Internet connectivity

  • Firewall blocking Internet

To force the subscription to refresh hover your mouse cursor over the expired text.

Click "Refresh License."

If everything works, the license will update and become active.
