What does "Oops, there are no rows to load" mean?

This can happen when Label LIVE can't automatically import the data or header rows from your file.

Here are a few things to check:

• Do you have a lot of extra columns or rows? If so, try simplifying the layout where the first row are the headers.

• Remove any blank columns, or columns without header values.

• Try to make the data start at Column A Row 1.

How do I select a different Excel workbook?

Label LIVE by default imports the first workbook, furthest on the left. To change click the 'My Sheet' button and select a different sheet.

And don't forget to add a header row, otherwise your data might not change as you expect.
