How can I print the number of copies from an Excel spreadsheet?

Answer

Click the Print tab, select the Label Copies button and choose the relevant excel column you need to print.

Often your spreadsheet will include a column with a quantity of items received. This number might be exactly the number of labels you need to print. How do you setup Label LIVE to print the number of copies from this column?

Click the Print tab and notice how Label Copies is a button. Click it and choose the spreadsheet column that represents the number of copies you need to print.

Naming Columns

The column can be named anything. It doesn't need to be QTY. It can be ITEMS_RECEIVED or BOXES or whatever exists in the spreadsheet.

Tips and Tricks

  • To print every row's copies set Data Rows to ALL

  • To print the last row set Data Rows to LAST

  • No label is printed if the chosen column is blank/empty

  • 1 label will print is if the chosen column contains text (not a number)
